Hello 💖 Thank you for choosing me as your lash artist, I'm excited to meet you! Please kindly read over my policies prior to booking. Booking with me means you agree with my policies. - - - - - DEPOSIT POLICY A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment and will be charged via my booking site upon confirmation of your appointment. A 3.5% card processing fee is also charged at deposit. Your $50 deposit will go towards the total cost of the service(s) provided at your appointment. PAYMENT POLICY Your remaining balance is CASH PREFERRED!! Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are also accepted and will be charged a 3.5% card processing fee. ARRIVING EARLY / LATE POLICY Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are early, please notify me and wait until your allotted timeslot as I may be occupied with another client. An additional $10 will be charged if you are 10 minutes late. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your card on file will be charged a 30% service fee and 3.5% card processing fee. PARKING POLICY If you are scheduled for a timeslot that will keep you PAST 7 PM, you will HAVE TO PARK ON THE STREET! If you don't, you risk being towed at your own expense. Street parking is VERY LIMITED, so please plan to ARRIVE EARLY to find parking and then walk to my unit. If you are scheduled for a timeslot that will end BEFORE OR BY 7 PM, you may continue to park in front of my unit as normal. NO SHOW/ NO CALL POLICY Failure to show to your appointment without notice will be considered No Show / No Call, and the card on file will be charged a 30% service fee and 3.5% card processing fee. You will only have one opportunity to book with me again and will be asked to prepay your appointment (NON-REFUNDABLE). HYGIENE POLICY Please have clean lashes and no makeup on when you come to your appointment. Dirty lashes require deep cleaning and will take time away from your allotted service time and will result in an incomplete set. NO AUDIENCE POLICY Please arrive to your appointment alone. Friends and family are not allowed, no exceptions. SICK POLICY If you are sick, PLEASE RESCHEDULE. If you arrive at your appointment sick, you will be turned away and the card on file will be charged a 30% service fee and 3.5% card processing fee. REFUND POLICY Refunds are not available once your service has been completed. If there is an issue with your lashes, please let me know within 48 hours. I will offer a complimentary fix. ALLERGIES/SENSITIVITY POLICY If you experience an allergic reaction/sensitivity during the first 2 days of your full set application, removal is complimentary. CONTACTS/ GLASSES POLICY Contact lenses are not allowed during your appointment. When exposed to glue fumes, contacts can melt. Please remove them or wear glasses. BOOKING/CONSENT POLICY Booking with me means you agree with my policies. Upon booking, please fill and submit the Lash Extension Consent Form which can be found in my Instagram Story Highlight "New Clients". This is required of all clients before they can receive any lash service. Once submitted, the consent form will be valid for all future appointments. RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATION POLICY Any rescheduling or cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 30% service fee and 3.5% card processing fee to the card on file. A new deposit will be required to make a new appointment. If you need to reschedule, please give over 48 hours notice and contact me via text, email, or Instagram. You will only be allowed to reschedule once. If you need to reschedule twice, you will be asked to submit a new deposit. Cancellation Policy

I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. To cancel, please send me a message via text, Instagram, or email.
